Return Policy

  • 14-Day Return Window: Items may be returned within 14 days from receipt. Items must be unused, in their original packaging (if applicable), and include proof of purchase.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, customized or personalized products, and items for hygiene reasons (such as underwear/swimwear) are non-returnable.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges: Contact Allez Allez Clothing at AllezAllezClo@gmail.com within 14 days if you'd like to exchange an item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refund Policy

  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after item inspection.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective items).

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the return is received.

Warranty Claims

  • Warranty: Under Danish law, all items are covered by a 2-year warranty. If an item is defective, you may request a repair, replacement, or refund.
  • Claims: Warranty claims must be made within a "reasonable time" after discovering a defect. Contact AllezAllezClo@gmail.com with a description and, if possible, photos of the defect.

Pre-orders:

 

When you pre-order, you order something that isn't in our warehouse yet. So the delivery will last longer, than a item we already have.
